UPDATED FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR FY 2008

OPAP S.A., following the 24.11.2008 Board of Directors' resolution for the distribution of interim dividend for the fiscal year 2008 and pursuant to article 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange regulation, announces the updated intended corporate actions plan (Financial Calendar) for the FY 2008 as follows:

· Monday, December 15^th, 2008: Declared Date for 2008 interim dividend beneficiaries, closing of the Athens Stock Exchange Session.

· Tuesday, December 16^th, 2008: Cut off interim dividend date.

· Wednesday, December 24^th, 2008: Payment of the interim dividend commences, and will be processed through the National Bank of Greece.

Interim dividend: €0.80 per share (before 10% withholding tax), net value of €0.72 per share.

OPAP S.A. according to its obligations, as stated in article 292 of the Regulatory Decisions of the Athens Stock Exchange S.A. announces its corporate actions plan for 2008 as follows:

Wednesday   26/03/2008: Announcement of the Annual Financial Results
                                          Fiscal Year 2007 Results
Thursday       27/03/2008: Conference Call (Analyst and Investors update)
                                          for the FY 2007 Results
Monday         26/05/2008: Announcement of the Q1 2008 Financial Results
Wednesday 11/06/2008: Ordinary General Shareholder Meeting
Tuesday       17/06/2008: Ex-dividend Date (eligible to the shareholders
                                        closing the ATHEX trading session on 13/06/2008)
Wednesday   25/06/2008: FY 2007 Dividend Payment
Monday        25/08/2008: Announcement of the H1 2008 Financial Results
Monday        24/11/2008: Announcement of the 9M 2008 Financial Results

OPAP S.A. notes that the financial results will be announced on the company’s website (www.opap.gr) and the ATHEX website following the end of the trading session of the Athens Stock Exchange. The following working day the financial results will be published to the press.
Dividend will be paid according to ATHEX regulation through a credit institution (bank) and details of the dividend payment procedure will be announced by the company in the near future.

Amendment - Financial Calendar FY 2008

Following the 4.3.2008 FY 2008 Financial Calendar Announcement, OPAP S.A. informs the investors that H1 2008 Financial Results will be released on Tuesday 26.8.2008 after the closing of the trading session of the Athens Stock Exchange, instead of Monday 25.8.2008 that had been originally announced. On Wednesday 27.8.2008 a conference call will follow commenting the H1 2008 Financial Results.

All the other dates of the 2008 Financial Calendar remain the same, as originally announced on 4.3.2008.
