Your complaint has to be submitted through this online form at the latest within 48 hours from the day after the incident you wish to report has occurred, according to the Regulation on the Organization & Conduct of Games of chance through the Internet, as in place. OPAP S.A. is obliged to inform you regarding your complaint within ten (10) days from its submission.
In case you are not satisfied with the response of OPAP S.A., you have the right to refer to the Hellenic Gaming Committee (H.G.C.) within ten (10) days from the day after the response from OPAP S.A. was made known to you, in order to process your complaint.
