The distribution of winnings and the payout are different for every game. For your information, you may refer to the respective winnings distribution table of the game of your interest in the "GAMES" section.

To confirm the winning amount:

- Scan the special QR Code, in front of your ticket, using the terminal of any authorized SCRATCH sales point.

- Alternatively, you can download the Opapstore App on your mobile phone.

No. You do not need to have a bank account:

a) for winnings up to 100€ (cash payment)

b) for winnings from €100.01 to €999.99 (cash payment without the right of requesting a Winnings Certificate).

Important: Winnings of €2,000 or more are required to be deposited in the winner's bank account.

Winnings are paid to the holder of a valid winning ticket, upon presentation of the ticket body. The winnings, after deduction of the applicable tax, are paid to the winners according to their amount. More specifically:

 

Winnings up to €100

Gross winnings, prior tax application, up to €100 per ticket, may be paid by any HELLENIC LOTTERIES S.A. point of sale or any street vendor, without displaying official documentation.

 

Winnings between €100.01 and €1,999.99

 

Gross winnings, prior tax application, between €100.01 and €999.99 per ticket may be paid by any OPAP S.A. retailer, operating as a HELLENIC LOTTERIES S.A. point of sale.​

For winnings between €1,000 and €1,999.99 per ticket, if the winner wishes to receive a winning certificate for tax purposes, the winnings are paid by a bank cooperating with HELLENIC LOTTERIES S.A., following the issuance of a payment order by any OPAP S.A. retailer, operating as a HELLENIC LOTTERIES S.A. point of sale. ​

 

Winnings between €2,000 and €10,000

 

Gross winnings, prior tax application, between €2,000 and €10,000 per ticket are paid by a bank cooperating with HELLENIC LOTTERIES S.A., following the issuance of a payment order by any OPAP S.A. retailer, operating as a HELLENIC LOTTERIES S.A. point of sale.

 

Winnings between €10,000.01€ and €49,999.99

 

Gross winnings, prior tax application, between €10,000.01 and €49,000.99 per ticket are paid by a bank cooperating with HELLENIC LOTTERIES S.A., following the issuance of a payment order by HELLENIC LOTTERIES S.A. offices at Athens or Thessaloniki.

 

Winnings over €50,000

 

Gross winnings, prior tax application, over €50,000 per ticket are paid by a bank cooperating with HELLENIC LOTTERIES S.A., following the issuance of a payment order by HELLENIC LOTTERIES S.A. at Athens.
For the better service of the winners, they should first contact the telephone Centre of HELLENIC LOTTERIES S.A. at 800-800-5000 (toll-free line) or at 2105798500 (mobile phone) in order to get informed on the process.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

We suggest that you fill in your details on the back of the winning lottery ticket to ensure you have it. In the event that a winning lottery ticket is lost, if it does not have the holder's details, it can be redeemed by anyone who presents it for payment. To collect winnings, you must have your ID or passport with you.

The winnings, after deduction of the tax due per valid winning ticket, are paid after they have been reduced to the first two decimal places. HELLENIC LOTTERIES S.A. may suspend the payment of winnings until the validity of a lottery ticket is established, with the verification or restoration procedures as described in the Special Regulations of the game, which can be found here.
