While you are inside an OPAP store, you can register and submit your bets directly through the OPAP Store App without having to visit the cashier.
Just buy a voucher with the amount you want from the Store and scan it in the application to transfer the funds to your digital wallet.
How do you start the game?

Useful Information
- The OPAP Store App can track your location, thus confirming that you are in an OPAP store. When the application is tracked within a store, the relevant indication is displayed
- The OPAP Store App is accessible outside OPAP stores as well, to create and save a betslip, Live game updates, draws and more. For the final submission of bets however, the presence within an OPAP store is required.
- OPAP Rewards program has been transferred to OPAP Store app. Every bet Slip or lottery ticket you deposit or scan exclusively at OPAP Store app, automatically participates in OPAP Rewards program, weekly offers PLAY & GET, Rewards Wheel and Monthly Draws. Keep Playing or scanning, receiving offers and use your rewards.
- As an OPAP Rewards loyalty member your loyalty profile will automatically be transferred to the OPAP Store App after completing your registration in the OPAP Store App.
At OPAP Store app, you will be able to see your active rewards (vouchers), your participations in draws and your scans’ activity. Upon completion of your registration at OPAP Store App, the OPAP Rewards program will no longer be available in OPAPP application.
- Other functions of the application (i.e. live KINO draw and transactions history) are
also supported outside an OPAP store.

What is the opapstore app?
With the new opapstore app you can play and be informed about your favorite games (PAME STOIXIMA, POWERSPIN, VIRTUALS, KINO) within the OPAP stores, without having to visit the cashier point.
Does the application work outside an OPAP store?
Yes. You can also use the App outside the OPAP store in order to:
• be informed about statistics
• check the status of your slips
• cash out* your bets
• save your slips
Money transactions (i.e. deposit/withdrawal into your digital wallet) or collection of profits are allowed only when the device is within an OPAP store.
Note: Cash out option is available inside and outside the store
What do I have to do if I lose my device?
You have to proceed with the following steps:
• download again and install the application on your mobile
• login with the same credentials
Your available balance and open bets remain unchanged.
Note: For safety reasons, changing a device is only allowed once every 30 days.
Digital Wallet
How can I deposit money to my digital wallet?
You can add money to your wallet through a voucher (provided by the store employee) and only when you are within an OPAP store. Maximum deposit limit: € 1,000
Note: Money deposit can only be made within the OPAP store where you started the process.
How can I withdraw money from my wallet?
You can withdraw money (part or all your available balance) exclusively within an OPAP store, in 3 simple steps:
• fill in the desired amount within the relevant field
• present the QR code created to the store employee
• store employee scans it and the transaction is completed
Note: Withdrawal can be performed at the OPAP store from which the QR code was issued
Can I use my remaining balance at any OPAP store?
Yes, you can use it regardless of the store where the money was deposited to your digital wallet.
Is my balance automatically updated with winnings amount?
No. In order to transfer winnings to your digital wallet’s balance, you need to approve the transaction through the OPAP Store app, by selecting "Bet History" and clicking on "Transfer to wallet".
Can I transfer my winnings, from slips submitted through OPAP store terminals or OPAPBET, to my digital wallet?
No, at the moment you can only scan your slips through the application in order to check for winnings.
Gameplay
When can I play using the OPAP store application?
You can enjoy your favorite games only when:
• the device is located within an OPAP store
• Bluetooth and Location Services (Location) are enabled
• relevant icon is green
What should I do in case I can’t use the application while I am inside the store?
If you face a problem with the application just:
• confirm that Bluetooth and Location Services are enabled on your mobile phone
• move within the store to have a better signal
Note: If the problem persists, please contact the store employee or call our Customer Service at 18280.
Is there a daily play limit through the app?
Yes, the maximum amount you can play daily is € 1.000. This amount can be either your digital wallet balance or could come from a deposit voucher or winnings recycling.
Can I save my slip for future use?
Yes, you can create and save your KINO, PAME STOIXIMA or VIRTUALS slip and submit it next time you visit an OPAP store.
Do my slips, through the opapstore app, take part in PAME STOIXIMA promotions?
Yes, all slips take part in current promotions.
Is Cash out option available for PAME STOIXIMA?
Yes, Cash out option is offered for bets submitted:
a) through the OPAP Store application
b) at any OPAP store and have been uploaded into the application
